Join us at the Boot and Shoe Pub in Lancaster. A family friendly pub with a fantastic atmosphere for dinner and catching up with family and friends.
Owned by family brewery JW Lees, our bar is filled with the JW Lees family beers, including our seasonal cask range, plus firm favourites: Manchester Craft Lager and JW Lees Bitter and a collection of traditional and new style craft beers.
Our back bar offers the best selection of spirits and soft drinks, and our cellar is full of hand-picked wines from around the world.

There’s something new on the menu this autumn, and it’s worth popping in for. Brand new comfort food dishes have joined the line-up, each one a proper plateful.
Fancy something a bit special? Try our Grilled fillet of seabass & garlic prawns, with sautéed potatoes, buttered greens and parsley cream. Or go cosy with our Slow braised minted lamb Henry, all bubble & squeak, honey glazed root veg and gravy. Looking for something lighter? Our Nourish bowl has you covered, packed with rice, edamame beans, broccoli, avocado and pink pickled onions in a honey & soy dressing, with grilled chicken or griddled halloumi if you fancy.
And of course, great value never goes out of fashion. Our Cosy menu is back too, two courses for 16.95 or three for 19.95, served Monday to Friday from 2pm. And our Pub Lunch menu is served Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 5pm, for something lighter in the middle of the day.

Looking for a beer garden in Lancaster? Pull up a chair in our recently refurbished outdoor space at The Boot and Shoe. It’s the perfect spot for a proper pint with friends or a spot of outdoor dining in the heart of Lancaster.
On sunny days, our garden bar opens up. That means cold, refreshing pints served straight into the garden, no trip back inside required.

You can't beat a classic British pub pie and a pint. Every pie Monday tuck into one of our delicious pies and enjoy a free drink.
Chippy Tuesday
A proper chippy tea and a pint is the perfect way to wind down every Tuesday. Enjoy a free drink when you order a large fish and chips, every chippy Tuesday at the Boot & Shoe, Lancaster.
Wine Wednesday
Halfway through the week is always a good time to enjoy a special treat (plus a little extra in your glass from us). Every Wine Wednesday when you order two large glasses of wine, we’ll give you the rest of the bottle on the house. It’s a perfect way to elevate that midweek get together with great company and hot food, all in the welcoming atmosphere of our family friendly pub.

Sunday Lunch
Sunday is a day of roast. Our roasts come with bottomless gravy and unlimited Yorkshire puddings (because one Yorkie is never enough and good gravy should never run out).
